Hi folks,
I’m looking for a smart weather station to integrate into HA and sind I want to mount the anemometer on a pole high up I have no interest in battery powered devices. I’d prefer a mains or PoE or completely solar powered outdoor sender to which the sensors are connected by cable. Preferably the thing would not be made of cheap plastic that degrades with sun and rain.
Does anybody know of anything like that that can be integrated to HA?

The Weatherflow Tempest is what you might be looking for. I’ve got two of them and they are outstanding devices, 100% solar and have been quite accurate for me.
And you can get them on Amazon too. There are several integrations - two from HA core with fewer sensors (but totally local) and two from a HACS plugin that use the cloud with a lot more sensors. I use both.
Looks really good if a bit expensive, but the real catch is that they only ship to the US and UK.
