Pairing Aeotec Garage Door Controller ZW062-C

I’m just about at wits end with this thing…

I have a Aeotec Garage Door Controller ZW062-C that I’m trying to get paired with my HASS instance (currently 0.80 and using an Aeotec USB ZWave Stick)

I have reset the Garage Door opener, short-pushed the ZWave button on it, long-pressed the ZWave button on it, tried Add Node, tried Add Node Secure, rebooted, burnt incense, chanted foreign tongues and nothing.

Anyone else have any pointers? I’ve seen examples of others using it with their HASS, so I know it’s possible…apparently not for me (currently).

is this a new install of HA? Do you have any other zwave devices currently paired?
