Tested with the hardware I have, being a Colour Touch 1, but should be able to detect other variants. All use XLight - similar to Limitless LED, including the discovery of devices on the same network.

Thank you for your work on this one - I've been looking for this for years. My PAL Lighting pool lights have been one of my few remaining mysteries for Home Assistant integration and I periodically search these forums to find out whether someone has solved this.
It sounds like I have the exact same setup as you.
Unfortunately a couple of years ago in my quest to 'smarten' these lights for Home Assistant, I tinkered too far with the HF-LPB100 interface and ended up reflashing the firmware from the hi-flying website - which unfortunately broke the connectivity between the lights and the app, so I have been stuck controlling these on a timer with a generic on-off smart switch since 2024.
Your integration got me part way. It has discovered the device and has picked up the wifi strength entity. The light is unfortunately not available. That's in no part due to your excellent work, it is a symptom of my tinkering -and consistent with the behaviour that I see in the PAL Lighting app.
Your work has given me hope that I can repair this and I am hoping you or any other users of this module might be able to help.

I am hoping it's the latter, and if so, I would be so appreciative if you could assist in providing get some extracts of all of the out of the box values that help make this module work with PAL - and then, your HA integration should follow suit
