Panel shows unavailable in lovelace card

HI @dchesterton,

Thank you for the Texecom to MQTT integration. It is great.

I have an issue that the Alarm Panel card in the dashboard says the panel is unavailable but all log info from texecom2mqtt shows healthy. I mapped the area:

areas:
  - id: A
    full_arm: armed_away
    part_arm_1: armed_custom_bypass
    part_arm_2: armed_home
    part_arm_3: armed_night

but card says:

what am I missing?
