Suddenly all my z2m entities are unavailable (“Diese Entität wird nicht mehr von der „mqtt”-Integration bereitgestellt"), restore, restarts incl. power off didn´t succeed. As I see z2m seems to work fine, in protocol I can see all publish messages. But entities are marked as “not available”.
What happens?
What does the logs say? Have you checked the coordinator?

the z2m logs seem to be ok.
As I see all tasmotas are gone too (mqtt), same as heatpump on network (not mqtt) and the same is the default weather forecast service!
does the restore make a complete restore if I check all the boxes?
Browser cache problem? IE does it show this way on your phone or another browser or computer?
Solved: the haos nvme is corrupt, thus the core doesn´t run healthy, restored backups and restarts do not help. Switched to another hardware and all is fine again!
