Paperless-ngx beside Home Assistant supervised on Debian 11.5

Hi,

is there anyone who has installed Papserless-ngx beside Home Assitant (supervised Installation) on a Debian 11.5 Linux? I am interested in doing this but want to know if there are any complications.

I know that there is an Paperless-ngx addon for HASS but all the tutorials out there are focussing on the standalone version of Paperless-ngx and not the addon version.
And currently i don’t understand all the things about Paperless-ngx so i want to install the standalone version beside Home Assistant…

Hello,
I would suggest you to use an Addon, I am working on one and got a functional installation
Since it’s a container with all dependencies it will work on any OS, also you profit from HA supervisor backup system
