Has anyone tried to connect this smart plug before? Does it work with HA?
Alternatively, does anyone know another smart plug that has a euro plug?

Bluetooth is really not the best protocol when it comes to interconnectivity.
It is often encrypted, so the changes are slim.
Europlug adapters are not that common, because Schuko plugs can handle Europlugs too, so the range of equipment that can connect to the plug is way larger with a Schuko plug, than an Europlug.
There are Schuko plugs for WiFi, Zigbee, Z-wave, Thread and Matter over Thread just to mention the common ones.
Yeah. My issue is that I need to connect to a euro extension cable that’s plugged in behind an unmovable cupboard. I’d prefer a premade solution, but I can get a project box and a Shelly and modify an extension cable if I need to…
They are premade.
Eve Energy, Onvis, TP link Tapo and. A lot of others with same design can take an EuroPlug with no issues at all.
I think they problem is not what they can take, but where they can plug. Schuko ones won’t plug into that thin europlug socket.
Personally I’d rather replace the cable or try to find some kind of adapter to get schuko-like socket, into which you can plug any smart plug.
Ahh, I see.
An extension cord should be able to help on that.
Yeah, no luck there it seems.
I hacked together my own solution. I still had some parts, so I gutted a surface-mounted switch, put a Shelly inside, attached an old EuroPlug lead and—because I am sure nobody else will plug anything into it, don’t copy what I did, it is dangerous—a Schuko coupling.
Cobbling together a hack that’s only marginally safe made me feel 30 years younger. And not in a good way. I quite enjoy being able to buy well-put-together devices nowadays.
