Personal Hydration Manager — track water intake per person

I wanted to track how much water everyone in the house was actually drinking (well, mainly me), without it being a guessing game as to what the target should be.

This integration tracks daily water intake for one or more people, and comes with its own Lovelace card built in.

The daily targets aren’t made up — they’re derived from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine Adequate Intake for Total Beverages table, so they adjust based on age and gender.

I’m waiting on it to be added to the HACS repo, but for now you can install it from here: GitHub - loryanstrant/HA-Personal-Hydration-Manager: A Home Assistant integration to track daily water intake for one or more people in your household, with a built-in Lovelace card. · GitHub

It also supports reading water intake from another sensor (like loryanstrant/HA-HidrateSpark-Bluetooth-Proxy: A custom integration for Home Assistant that connects to HidrateSpark bottles via ESPHome Bluetooth proxy devices)
