Pet granary feeder

Hello,
Does anyone have a suggestion for a pet feeder that doesn’t require a cloud service for full feature operation?

What are the “full features” you are looking for?

Mainly feeding schedule and camera view.

Is it something you would lie to build yourself with an ESP, or something from a store?

Looking for a retail solution. I had PetLibro, but the device is not reliable and requires the cloud to operate.

Ok, thank you for clarifying, unfortunately I have no experience in these.
From what régions van you buy things, I know that Australia eg is tricky with the brands you can buy.

How large is my question?

There was a small dog / cat feeder that worked with esphome or something. It was in this forum so if I find I will post here

How “retail solution” is retail enough? Do you want a single thing with an app and walk away, or you are willing to fiddle a bit if it maybe two or three “retail solutions” that can be made to talk to each other?

Is this a dog, cat, donkey, or alligator?
Is the food wet, liquid, dry, mush?
Does the foot stay stable, goes rancid fast or not?
Is this a single animal, a herd, or flock that needs feeding?
Is it indoors, outdoors, or they just roam in and out?
Do you want a schedule of set and forget 05:00 and 17:00, or do you want to feed at sunrise 50% of the food, then 20% when the sun hits a specific azimuth, and the remaining at sunset?
If it is outside, how is the weather, does it rain, snow, high/low humidity, hits 100F mid day, or have to scrape ice off the windshields?
Do you want this to feed them for a day, week, month, or leave them for a few years?
Does the feeding spot have constant electric, runs of off solar, or using a steam turbine from a geyser?

I guess it can be a wobble of ostriches based on the granary.

I am out of bourbon, but once i refill, I will have many more questions.

(suggestion - you may wish to post more elucidating posts. There is an inverse curve 1/x^2 rapidly approaching zero, with each non-descriptive answer, and follow up question. i.e., give as much detail as you can about your final goal early on, include everything even if you think it is non-essential. This helps improve responses, and people ‘solutioneering’ for you.)
