I’m considering purchasing a PETLIBRO product and I’ve seen the amazing work you’ve done with the custom integration—thank you for that!
I do have a slight concern: since I’m based in Europe, will I be able to connect my European account through the Home Assistant integration?

I have the same exact error and never loaded flifloo’s integration. I have confirmed that my user name and password are correct. I’m logged out of the app on my phone. I restarted HA twice. Were you able to fix?
I’m using this integration with an account created from Germany. There are still some open questions about this, but I can confirm it working for my devices

I’m having the same issue as well with the “unexpected error”. I created a secondary account and shared my PLAF103 with it.
I also get the same exact error logs as ryanzerega3.

Sorry for the late response on here, I wasn’t able to post more replies to this thread until now.
@ryanzerega3, @Denox, @hauser123, @lxlsr there was an issue this past month or so with Petlibro and their API. Not sure if you all received emails about it from them or not. Some users were having that as their main issue.
Other users with account issues, we noticed that the account needs to be created on their Petlibro app via their mobile device (any region seems to work - as long as the account is created on the app).
If a user created an account via their website ( in any region ) it would not sync or work " Code 1101, MEMBER_NOT_EXIST " would be present.

I’ve been following along for a few months now and have been trying to set up my PLAF103 and PLWF105 with your integration without much success. The integration recognizes the two devices but reads that they are unsupported devices in the logs. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Chat GPT has me going down rabbit holes that don’t make sense when I have it help me diagnose. Any thoughts?
@MacTrace make sure you are using the correct/current repo - jjjonesjr33/petlibro Also there is two diffrent versions of the PLAF103. Version 1 to what we have found out is unsupported as it uses the lite app vs the Version 2 which uses the normal petlibro app. However the PLWF105 should show and work normally.

OMG somehow I had version 1.0.0 installed, which I don’t even see listed as a downloadable release. I deleted and redownloaded and it’s working now. THANK YOU!!
My catfeerder is old and need a replacement, probably gonna buy a petlibro, and it I look, the old version 1 doesn’t exists anymore, looking in the other thread, 554 was open for rtsp , is the version 2 also supporting the camera stream with rtsp?
And what about regions? Is only US supported??
Currently, we have not yet been able to isolate the API call for accessing the camera. This is still a work in progress, and we’re actively working on resolving it.
All regions function properly when selecting the US as the region. We’ve discovered that you need to create your account directly within the app. If the account was created through a Petlibro URL, it will not work with Home Assistant.
I can’t find this information clearly - so I am asking here. Is it still the case that those PLAF203 that uses the Petlibro Lite app doesnt work with this integration? It’s those who are Tuya-based. I am asking since I can see some work has been made since I last checked this out. I am now running Local Tuya for it (Via Smart life app).
Sorry for the delayed response, @teachingbirds. Devices that rely on the Petlibro Lite app aren’t supported by this integration. The best approach would be to connect the device through Tuya or the Local Tuya integration instead.
Got the integration installed and running properly for my feeder. I was hoping to be able to use it to see the feeding schedule but I don’t see a way to do that. Am I missing something or is that information not available?
I am specifically looking to be able to see if a particular feeding scheduled time is turned on. In the app you can turn on/off a scheduled feeding for a specific time. I was hoping that the integration would allow me to use the feeding schedule information in an automation to let me know if that feeding time has been turned on.

anyone here with a Petlibro One that succeeded to read the microchip (implant) of the cat ? its 134khz, instead of the tags (125 khz)

Guys, ordered myself these below, and i cloned the original rfid tag to it, it works, but the range is not good… i wonder why the original tag range is better, while its also a small tag? its an fdx-b original, i emulated my t5577 tag and rewrite it as fdx-b … i had the idea to glue the tag on inside, it looks perfect , you dont see the collar anymore, but its range its only like 10 cm max, so most of time the lid doesnt open … gonna look for a bigger one, that i can still glue, or maybe extend with an antenna…
