Philips Ambiscape - any idea how to get it working with HomeAssistant?

Hi,

my new Philips TV 55MLED910 has a feature called “Ambiscape”:
“AmbiScape extends the Ambilight effects of the TV to the room environment by using smart bulbs from third-party providers, creating an even more intense experience,”

I also have:

  • IKEA Matter-over-Thread Lightbulbs

Unfortunately it is nowhere explained in terms of Matter how Ambiscape actually works.

If you want to configure it, it requests a numerical code for the Lightbulb, but whatever I tried it did not work:

  • use the code printed on the Lightbulb
  • use “Share device” for the Lightbulb from Home Assistant
  • installed Matterbridge and used the Sharing Code from there

So, if anyone has an idea how to set this up and which code to use I would be thankful.

It’s not about wanting a new integration. It’s about how to set it up, because on the Philips side it’s rather poorly documented (consumer devices and so on).
