Philips Hue 3216131P6 & 4034030P6 Stuck on Firmware 1.104.2

Hi!

Updating my Philips Hue lights 3216131P6 and 4034030P6 that are on firmware version 1.104.2 (0x01002102) does not work. The offered version by zha with z2m enabled is 0x01002702. I’m on HA version 2025.10.3 .

I have two lights of each type. All updates fail with this error:

Failed to perform the action update/install. Update was not successful: <Status.INVALID_IMAGE: 150>

Any hints are appreciated. :slight_smile:

What does this mean? Are your lights connected to HA via ZHA or via Z2M? They can’t be connected via both.

You can set up ZHA to use the Z2M firmware repo in configuration.yaml.

Yes, I have z2m activated as described here.
