Phone app send location zone entered in logs but server doesnt show zone entered till much later

So im having issues with my zone being slow to update and ive noticed this:

In the companion app logs for location history it shows zone entered here at 21:54:03, one thing to note when viewing the location that was sent its not actually in my zone when comparing to the zone on HA which is a bit weird.

However my server doesnt show me entering that zone till 21:55:13 which was when i took my phone out of my pocket to see what was going on

Why on earth isnt my home zone updating on server at same time app shows zone entered my other zone enters and exits match to the second like work zone etc only home has this mis match. All battery optimization etc is disabled other zones are right so dont think its any background issues.

I am not sure as it can be complicated what the companion app uses for location determination - what sensors do you have under the person for router (WiFi), GPS and BLE? To examine the behavior with more granularity (and in some specifically mentioned cases get better location accuracy) consider the HALP! integration.
