Pi camera stream to Surveillance Station

Request: adds an optional configuration variable to the pi camera component which when selected streams the camera feed so that it can be added to Synology Surveillance Station or similar.

MJPEG format perhaps using this repo or H.264 with this.

Does Synology accept IP streams? If so seems motion would be the way to go. I had 3 pi/webcam setups running on it to zoneminder. just configure it to NOT store pics or video.
