I have an alarm system in Home Assistant with cameras that record when the alarm is triggered. The videos are recorded in the media folder. I can see the recorded videos perfectly on my Android phone if I connect to Home Assistant in Chrome, but I can’t open them if I access them with the Home Assistant Android app.
What type of cameras and what bitrate is the video streamed in,
h.264 or h.265?
Reolink E330 h.264
What resolution are you streaming at?

I have a bunch of Reolink cam so I trying to test your scenario.
I recently switched to a Reolink Home Hub linked directly to HA so I need to adjust some settings.
The two cameras I have are Reolink E330 and I have them associated with HA with RTSP and NOVIF
