I have been trying to integrate the card for a long time and no matter how much it is shown online, I do not obtain information.
At first I had permission problems since I could not create the folders. That fixes it but I still can’t get it to work.
If someone has something to comment on, it would be very helpful.

The correct sensor is called sensor.plex_recently_added, so you’re not looking at the right one. Did you follow the steps from GitHub - custom-components/sensor.plex_recently_added: ▶️ Plex component to feed Upcoming Media Card.?
I set this up a while back and it’s working fine with the right sensor name.
I followed all the steps. Change the name but you have no data either. Could it be because the server is on a computer and not on the rasp?
I run plex on a different machine too.
When you go into developer tools, do you see the sensor I mention in my earlier post?
And it is. I gave it that name. If you look at the image you will see what the sensor finds and is displayed online. But it has no data
Upcoming Media Card created a folder and inside it one called plex. Plex recently added should have created a folder?
Yes there should be a folder for it under custom_components but the instructions tell you to create that anyway.

In plex server I put some images so that I have something recent but the sensor still has no data. I don’t know what else to try. The folder that I create in my rasp should contain something or does it connect to the plex and from there it knows that it has recently saved images?
It is not with the first thing that I have difficulties.
Several things I cannot integrate. Playstation is not detected in secundary screen. I already believe that being in a virtual environment there are things that cannot be done.
Did you find any solution because I have the same issue?
In my case everything was fine. I never realized that the problem was with the application and not with the code. I added a video to my Plex video folder and everything automatically started working.

did you guys as host have just the ip or http://IP
I host my plex server on a different PC
FIXED - oh wait - same problem I had to add movies first
