Portable Solar System Display Screen Ideas

So, I’ve been researching this and haven’t come up with the solution so I thought I’d ask the community as I’m sure some of you folks have much more experience with displays than I do.

So we have a battery powered Anker Everfrost Cooler, a separate 50 Ahr LiFePo4 battery, and a Victron MPPT charge controller that we use camping and for emergency purposes and such. I found the Victron and JDB custom components and reverse engineered the Anker Cooler’s BT protocol (which I plan on releasing at some point once I refine it a bit if anyone is interested). Right now I have everything going to HA, but I want to add a display and battery pack for off grid usage. However, I can’t decide on which display to go with.

I was thinking an epaper, as they are very low power draw and visible in daylight without burning through a lot of battery, but many have slow refresh rates (even partial) and/or no lighting for no light environments. I’ve also been looking at OLED or transflective displays but haven’t really found a good one yet.

Anyone out there have any suggestions on a display that works with esphome, has low power draw, is visible in the day and has a light for night, and has room to fit all the info from 3 different devices?

thanks in advance.

Only you know that info and room.
Same with refresh rates.
Epaper is convenient for very low rates, not for something updated every few seconds.
