Power meter info request

I am looking for information on the Ocs.tec model TMT-D119003 power meter and if it can be used with HA. The company making or selling it seems very unforthcoming with information
The item is described on Amazon 9U.K.) as " Electric Meter ZIGBEE DIN Rail Mount EQ3 FHEM Smart Home HOMEMATIC ZZ3"
I wish to use it with a Sonoff Zigbee dongle.

I managed to find enough info that it may be worth spending the £25.52 that it costs on Amazon just to give it a try. However it is not worth £25.52 plus the £71.99 delivery - so this thread is now moot.
