Pre release Release Notes

Where have the release notes for the forthcoming version of HA gone?

They come out the week before the actual release and I always try to get a read before the new version arrives (fore-warned is fore-armed ) but some time ago they were moved.

This month I can’t find them at all.

They will be here, but not until about 8pm UK time today.

Oh, really, they are not there!
Just wait a few more hours…

Based on Google search AI summary:

While the official release post is pending, early deprecation warnings and community leaks have already revealed a few upcoming adjustments:

  • InfluxDB YAML Removal: The influxdb connection settings using YAML will stop working entirely in 2026.9. Existing connection settings are being automatically migrated to the UI, meaning you must remove the connection and authentication keys from your configuration.yaml file.
  • Helios Integration Update: Community leaks point to a major update for the Helios integration titled “Your real sky”. [1, 2]

Are we all talking about the same thing?
I’m talking about the monthly Blog post release notes written by Frenck (when he is not on holiday).

I could be wrong but I am sure they are usually there before 8pm (UK) :person_shrugging:

EDIT: I think I found the link

That’s great. Thanks.

But what happens next month? that looks like a very specific url.

Generic url for the latest release notes link:

Other preview…
But they are now available.

If you look for some PR(latest, that includes what you are looking for) on GitHub of H.A. docs, the Netlify bot comments the preview link there.
But I recommend waiting for the official release notes, because the beta release notes are unpolished, and the beta release notes for the beta release are even more unpolished…
