I’m trying to locate my phone in two different ways. My network is composed to two AP, one is a tp-link EAP225, and the second is an old d-link. First I configured a Nmap scanner and it works. So I tried to configure the TP-Link presence detection, and it work but I can’t distingue where the device is connected. Beacause when i pick a device, the scanner reports always nmap, but sometimes I see tplink for a short time. so is there a way to know if the device is spotted from nmap or tplink? Thanks
