I noticed communication to msend.net , which like to appear to be a script used for dev/op Microsoft Azure analatics.
Script source: https://az416426.vo.msecnd.net/scripts/a/ai.0.js
I blocked/discovered the script by using uMatrix in Firefox.
Looks, to me, it is an Microsoft Azure Analatics script. Some info I digged up:
Can anyone clarify what it is doing in Home Assistant and where it is coming from?

Very interesting discovery.
Should you describe your installation and/or, perhaps, try digging yourself if it’s in the core or in some of the components?

Do you use the new Ada integration for speech-to-text? That integration uses Azure as a backend.
I don’t have not enough knowledge to do that. Maybe anyone can provide me some way to do this?
My Home Assistant is installed (latest, 32b) on a Raspberry Pi 3+.
Good catch! I don’t use Almond (not started), but it is installed. I will try to remove it to see what is happening. Keep you posted.
Found it!
It was done not by Home Assistant , but by a Buienradar gadget which I use for showing a rain prediction map.
Checked using (Firefox) uMatrix (logging) add-on and Firefox debugger. Gadget is located at https://gadgets.buienradar.nl/gadget/zoommap
