Problem adding Schlage Integration

Trying to add the Schlage integration, when I enter my user ID and password it returns, Unknown Error Occurred. I am using lowercase for my userid.

I saw in another post about running lock_debug.py and this does run login and return my lock info…

You seem to have created an issue using a Github Template, but then posted in in the HA forum instead of Github.

Can I suggest you raise an issue here if you’re sure you set up the integration correctly?

PS - it might be helpful to add which device you own. the integration page only lists 3 Schlage devices which are known to work.

I seem to have the same issue trying to add this for the first time.

I have the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Lever.

I installed and created an account in the Schlage App and all works well there. logged out and back in on Schlage App with email and password.

I am on:

Core 2025.3.3
Supervisor 2025.03.2
Operating System 14.2

I opened an issue here Schlage Integration fails at setup · Issue #140760 · home-assistant/core · GitHub and a couple of others seem to have the same issue.

This now seems to be working for me, as per the linked bug.
