Alexxit makes several softwares, such as go2rtc, that are built into HA.
Antivirus may also false positive.
All this said, I avoid installing anything I don’t absolutely need safe or unsafe. I don’t know what this software provides but I have rule, if I gotta ask if it’s safe and unsafe will cause significant harm I just avoid it unless benefit significantly outway risk and death, imprisonment or significant financial loss are not a potential risk
