Problem installing Unifi Protect Integration

I had an old HACS version I removed, and then tried installing the Integration. This results in the following error:
Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

I can’t find any leftover folders or the like. Any ideas?

It fixed itself after some days and an update. Leaving it here in case anyone else encounters the same problem.
