Problem Ring MQTT

Good evening, without a reason valid after months of using the ring battery video doorbell pro on home assistant, this morning does not show me the live streaming. otherwise it seems to work but when I do the live it sends me back an error. I tried to restart everything and also restore a backup of two days ago where it worked normally but nothing to do.
I’m going to attach a screen of the error and hope someone can help me.

“Failed to connect WebRTC stream: Failed to execute ‘setRemoteDescription’ on ‘RTCPeerConnection’: Failed to set remote answer sdp: Incompatible send direction”
Greetings

Same here, using version 5.9.1 of Ring-MQTT with Video Streaming add-on and Hassio 2025.12.2

No error/warning showing up in the add-on logs

Looking a bit further, there’s already an open issue for this:

Ring camera live view “Failed to connect WebRTC stream” · Issue #138821 · home-assistant/core

Here is what I have posted else where also.

Those with HAOS:
Download this zip: https://github.com/TeejMcSteez/HAWebRTCFix/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

  1. Install: File Editor Add-on → Settings → Add-ons → Add-on Store
  2. Install File Editor
  3. Open File Editor (WebUI)
  4. In the upper left corner, click on the Foldericon
  5. Click on “custom_components
  6. At the top click the New Folder icon
  7. Label it “ringall lower case
  8. Click Upload File
  9. Browse to your unzipped file and upload all 19 files to this folder.
  10. Restart HA and you will have a functioning Ring Display.
After install and a restart, full function was restored in Chrome.
