Problem with Aqara pir motion sensors

Hi, I have a problem with Aqara motion sensors and wondered if anyone could help please. The first Aqara motion sensor was added fine via discovery in Zigbee integration, so I bought a second. This one was very troublesome to add, requiring many attempts to auto discover but eventually it did find it, but the battery status shows as ? and the other entities show as unavailable. After removing and re-adding a few times, I decided it was likely a hardware fault and bought another, but have similar problems. Sometimes I can add it and it shows the entities (motion shows as Clear but doesn’t change to Detected when it should) but then after a few hours the entities go back to Unavailable. Very frustrating. The first PIR sensor is fine and I am wondering if HA has problems with multiple Aqara motion sensors. I have 3 Aqara door sensors working fine though. Thanks

Start by telling what ZigBee integration, and what ZigBee stick.

What helped for me was to keep pressing the button every second while pairing, till the device is completely added. This way it stay’s alive to respond to the calls from ZHA.

Also try to reset the sensor first (hold button for 10s).

Worked wonders when I had troubles with other Aqara devices.

Thanks so much all, I tried the 10 second reset and the contestant button press during discovery and it looks like it worked
