Problem with the KNX integration for Home Assistant ( White Screen of death )

Since my last HA Core update, I can no longer access the KNX integration. When I click on KNX in the sidebar, I only get a white screen of death.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? What could be causing this? Could it also be due to a conflict between the KNX integration and another integration?

What exact HA version (core) are you using now?
What exactly is a “white screen of death”?
Are there any log messages (HA or browser)?

White Screen of Death = Plain White Page without any content.

I have reinstalled the KNX integration. Cleared all the caches. Restarted HA several times.
No messages in the log or browser.

What is the best way to trouble shoot such problem.
I am new to Home Assistant so i am sorry that im not 100% fmiliar with all the features.

If you only see a blank page without any content, have a look at the browser console again or try a different browser / HA companion app on mobile.
Other than that, I wouldn’t know how to troubleshoot such behavior :grimacing: to me this looks like a client issue, not a server issue.

I did some tests…
It works in the HA companion app
It works using my wifes windows machine ( chrome )
It doesn’t work on my mac book :frowning: I have tried all available browsers.
I will do some more test to see if i am able to find the problem.

I am not seeing any issues here with HA 2025.1.4. Tested on Windows 10 (VM), Linux and the Android app (all Firefox browser).

Works fine on macOS Safari and Chrome. So maybe see if you have any extensions / blockers that may interfere.
