I’ve found this issue to be pretty specific to Aqara as I’ve been getting rid of their products. The more I get rid of, the less issues I have like this.
What I’ve found, is that obvious “pair close to the coordinator” works, every single time you add anything between the coordinator and the item, I swear it ends up linked on the end of one of the “routers”, even though it’s not shown that way in HA.
Many many times I’ve had to reset my P1’s after adding other products that had repeaters. Hope this helps! It’s so frustrating, the P1 is such a great sensor otherwise.
As ShadowFist explained above, those Aqara devices are known to (not following zigbee standard 100% and) when the routers that these Aqara connect to going off, these Aqara devices would not (or cannot) find a different route - it doesn’t matter whether you have a good zigbee mesh or not.
And sometimes - not always, even when the router devices coming back online, those Aqara devices might still not reconnect and stay offline.

and is it possibly a serious error?
Do I have to rebuild the entire zigbee network from scratch?
ZigBee battery devices are so cheap these days from AliExpress that it’s highly worthwhile replacing flakey devices. Plus if you buy a new one that uses AAA batteries youll save a fortune on batteries.
I bought 4 Tuya ZigBee door sensors that take AAA for less than $10 AUD total (not each) delivered. That’s probably about $6USD.
I also bought 4 Tuya water leak sensors for about the same price but they were CR2032 based but included batteries.
Note I used AliExpress coins to help get to this low price. But coins can be earned free by simply logging into the app and clicking a button once a day
