Good morning. I have HA installed on Raspberry Pi 4; before the latest update, it worked on all my devices, but now the server is unreachable through both the app and the browser. The IP adderss is reachable through a ping from the command line, and it isn’t having any issues. In the uploaded image, you can see the installed version. Unfortunately, I encounter this issue everytime I update the HA server, and to solve it, I am forced to re-install it and restore its data from a backup (sometimes, even the backup has some issues). Could you help me solve this issue?
Your OS is a slightly old considering the latest is 15.0. Are you running any browser extensions like AdGuard?
Are you accessing it through its IP or homeassistant.local? The latter depends on mDNS working. If that isn’t working well at your home, ip should work better (provided you told the router not to change the ip address it gave it).
What is set in the network settings for the home assistant urls? Is that set to automatic or is the right ip set there?
Thanks for the reply, you are right, but every time I update this problem happens so I try not to update often. As for the extensions, they are all disabled!
Thank you for your response. The problem gives it both in local and through IP address. A fixed ip address is set on the router. The same vare for HA. In fact from the picture in the previous post you can see that the ip address is correct (192.168.1.61:8123) and via ping the server is reachable.
