This guy can (apparently) can be configured to work with a normal 2 state switch, however I can’t get it to work.
If I turn it on with home assistant then I have to press the wall switch twice to turn it off 
, not ideal. Has anyone else had success with a 2 state switch?
I have recently installed a couple of Dual Nano ZW132 switches and had similar issues with configuring them to work with normal 2-state physical switches. I upgraded to the latest firmware version, and manually configured them as “2-state switch”. The default “Automatic identification mode” did not work for me.
Thanks for the reply, I gave it a go, updated the firmware but unfortunately it’s still not working properly. If I turn the light off through HA, then to turn it on at the switch I have to press it twice. Hmmmm frustrating
I found this article when I had the same problem.
Just in case anyone else stumbles across this one first I eventually found the solution in another article (Original Solution) which was to change configuration option 80 to “basic”.
