Does it support Easee EV charger? I have tried it but Easee integration don't have suitable current entity or I couldn't find it.

Nice project, and really looking forward to use it.
I have currently a setup with Deyes 5K (with solarman integration), and in “no export” configuration.
Unfortunatly it seems because of the no export function of the deyes (for legal purposes) it is never tripped : “Insufficient excess (-19W < 180W needed)”.
Despite the battery 92% and battery level set to 80%. Is there any way to understand how to make it works (debug) ?

I have the same question.In the Easee EC charger I can set the charging current with the sensor dynamicChargerCurrent , but i can not add that sensor because this integration only accepts numbered entities (at least I think that is the problem)

First of all, thank you for this great integration!

I’m using PV Excess Control together with a go-e Charger PRO CABLE ME 11 kW.
The charger supports automatic switching between 1-phase and 3-phase charging, which allows efficient PV surplus charging from around 1.4 kW up to the full charging power.

My goal is:
Charge 1-phase when PV surplus is low (~1.4–4.2 kW).
Automatically switch to 3-phase when surplus exceeds ~4.2–4.5 kW.
Let PV Excess Control continue regulating the charging current dynamically.
Currently, the EV appliance configuration requires selecting a fixed number of phases (1, 2 or 3).

I have a few questions:

Is there currently a supported way to change the configured phase count at runtime?

Is there a service, action or entity that allows updating the appliance configuration dynamically?
Or is the recommended approach to create two EV appliances (1-phase and 3-phase) and switch between them via Home Assistant automations?

Does PV Excess Control automatically adapt if the charger switches phases and the reported charging power/current changes accordingly?

Are there any plans to support automatic phase switching natively in the future?

I think this would be very useful for chargers like go-e Charger, Fronius Wattpilot, KEBA, or other wallboxes that support automatic phase switching.

wonder if you can help here, I’ve been using the old Automation for many years and yesterday installed the new intergration. I’m using it to control my water heater and all seem to be working correctly as its configured to come on at 4:00am while the power is cheap, but for some reason the heater is only coming on for 5 minutes them switching off then coming back on after 10 minutes here is the activity log.
