I can’t find anything here yet, so here it goes.
Under connectivity/zwave, at the top it says 19 devices (1 not included). If I go into the integration, it says 18 devices.
I counted the devices under the device list, and I count 18 including the ZWA. How can I go about finding this mystery 19th device?

It’s counting provisioned devices (you scanned the QR code) that are not yet added to the network (or was added but not with SmartStart).
Go to Settings → Connectivity → Z-Wave → <N> provisioned devices
Then look for the entry that has a checkmark for Active but not for Included.
Ok, I see what you mean. There is an entry, but it has no name. Is it actually a device?
The name is blank, there’s a dsk # and it’s s2 authenticated, included is blank, and has an active checkmark.
And there are only 14 devices added this way,
So what do I do from there to find the(se) devices? I guess I should go around one by one for starters. Good weekend project.
