How can I use a button to open an url that is stored in an entity?

Press action > url > “{{ states(‘sensor.veritasium_video_url’) }}” doesn’t work!

I want that when I tap on a picture-entity card, a url opens in the browser. The problem is that the url is stored in an entity In the picture you can see that not the correct url opens, and HA does not dissolve the entity.
And in the url_path field, i wrote
{{ states(‘sensor.veritasium_video_url’) }}

And i couldn’t find anything about that in the internet.
