I am trying to integrate my Rain Bird system. I clicked Add Integration and selected Rain Bird. A popup labeled “Configure Rain Bird” appears. In the first line, I am supposed to provide “Host”. I tried putting the Rain Bird “Controller Name” there and I entered the Rain Bird “Controller Password”. I get “Failed to connect”. Somewhere I read that Host should be “rainbird.home”. Same. Does anyone know how to integrate Rain Bird?
Add the ip-adress of the rainbird controller in the host field, assuming you got the LNK of LNK2 WiFi module installed.
In the password field add the password you provided when you set up the controller.
Thats it.
When displaying the IP address in the Rain Bird network info, it shows as 0.0.0.0. If I use this and the password I set up, I get “Failed to connect.” I have also tried the default gateway of 192.168.4.1 with the same results. Any suggestions?
Is there a way to change the IP of the configured component if the Rainbird IP changed? - dont want to end up with _2 entities 
Edit: Nevermind, I deleted the instance and added a new one, everything worked fine
