Random Lock ups and Unable to load APPS page after latest updates

I am seeing Random Lock ups and Unable to load APPS page after latest updates.
I am running an RPI 5 with NVME. I was gone for 3 weeks and when I got home, I noticed there were 12 updates. After completing these, I noticed these issues.

Check Configuration shows no issues.

On reboot the system seems to hang on Alexa for an excessive amount of time.

“Starting Alexa Devices. Not everything will be available until startup is finished.”

System eventually comes up but the apps page will not load and the system occasionally locks up and requires a power cycle.

Lock ups have stopped since installing 2026.7.3.
The Apps page was fixed by clearing the Cache in MS Edge.
Starting Alexa Devices is still slow. I do have 20 devices. But it was never this slow.
