Raspberry Dashboard with DI and PWM Output (Light)

Hello Community,
I want to take a Raspberry as a external Dashboard and use the GPIO.
I want to put three buttons as DI and a RGBW LED Stripe (4 PWM Outs) to that and control them by HA.
What is the easiest way to do this?
