Re-add thermosat that has lost config

Hello,

could someone please give me a hint how to re-add a thermostat that has lost config?

My Eurotronics Spirit thermostat somehow resetted itself. I added it again to HA and it’s now as a new node number present. It is therfore not recognized by my existing HA device, it is shown as “unavailable”.

Can someone please help me how to tell HA that this new recognized thermostat is the old one?

It will not appear as the old device or old entities, a new device will be created with new entities.
