Title: Tuya RE500 Hub detected but unsupported in Home Assistant
Hi everyone,
I have two Tuya hubs connected to my Home Assistant using the Tuya integration, and both were added successfully.
However, I recently added a new Tuya RE500 hub. Home Assistant detects the hub and adds it, but it shows as “Hub (unsupported)” and has 0 entities, so none of the connected blinds/devices are available in Home Assistant.
I have already tried re-adding the Tuya integration and using the Smart Life User Code, but the RE500 still appears as unsupported.
Has anyone successfully integrated a Tuya RE500 with Home Assistant, or knows of another way to access its devices/entities?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
