Read data from a site [Plotly] & Help with REST API

Greetings,
i am wondering whether it would be possible to integrate a sensor for the energy pricing provided in a graph on this website

The site owner of our solar production mentioned that they have access to the REST API for the day ahead graph/data - how can i integrate that? I am unsure as to how the REST API should be setup in the Config.yaml
Is it as easy as:

api: X
get: "data name"

Would appriceate any help!

Thank you very much, shall try this out when i get the specifics for the api from the owner!

Would you be as to kind as to maybe quickly point me in the right direction of centering the text on my cards - if that is a possibility?

I also wanted to add custom Icons for my tabs but quick googling pointed out that it is very tough as of right now / requires too much work
