I am wondering if there’s a way I can monitor an iSpring UVF11A UV steralizer. More specifically, the flow meter and UV ballast of that kit.
The unit comes with a flow meter that plugs in via two wires to the UV ballast unit, which includes a count-down timer to leave the UV light on, after the water stops flowing, for 300 seconds, before turning off.
I’m wondering if there is a way I can monitor the time accumilated between switching on and switching off, and then set an alert when getting close to the 8,000 hours.
Yes, I can always just set a regular UV bulb replacement, but what’s the fun in only doing that when I already have numerous other ESPHome devices monitoring our off-grid home?
