Recommend mmWave sensors

Hi All, I have done some research and have shortlisted a few DIY sensors based on my preferences;

  1. micro-movement or sleep presence detection
  2. multi-target detection (preferably tracking)
  3. Able to integrate via esphome, else I will have to figure another way

a. LD2450 (max 3 target, micromovement but not sure how well for sleeping targets, or could fix with zones. Works with ESPhome)
b. Rd-03D (from reviews seems the same as above)

Not sure if I missed any better sensors that are released 2024-2025, can recommend please.

intend to get the LD2450 sensor + esp32 myself and utilise whatever package is available.
