Recommendations between 3 types of battery presence sensors?

So the 3 I’m comparing are:

  • Aqara FP300 (never in stock in Canada)
  • SwitchBot mmWave Presence Sensor (on sale now for 30 CAD)
  • Meross M605 (around 42 CAD)

I’m looking for a good reliable sensor that’s battery powered for a bathroom.
I’d like to see what people who have any of these think.

So I eliminated the SwitchBot device as I didn’t realize it was BT which creates limitations in terms of range + connectivity (would require another hub or specific BT scanning enabled on my HAOS - again with questionable range).

So it comes down to looking at the Meross M605 vs waiting for the Aqara FP300 to ever be in stock again.
