I have had the DAIKIN AC integration installed for a long time and it has worked fine. However, I have run into problems with my Daikin inverter and just to exclude any impact from my HA setup, I disabled the integration. The problem with the inverer is solved, and tried to reenable the integration. This resulted in configuration error and I have to fix a syntax error in the core.device_registry. With this solved I was able to enbable the integration. However, all devices are disabled with reference to the integration. I can’t enable any device. I have restarted HA serveral times, removed the integration and installed it again with the same result.
I solved this issue myself. Deleted the integration and a reboot of the entire HA platform made my day. After I added the integration all devices were available again. I beleive the reboot of the platform was the critical step. Restart of HA was not enough.
