Is anybody using the Refoss homekit garage door opener?(I’m wondering if Amazon duped me as there seems to be Meross and Refoss…?) I have it connected to my wifi via the ehome app, it’s completely local and it works fine, however I can’t seem to get home assistant to pick it up via Homekit?
I’ve even tried installing the Meross LAN HACS integration but still nothing…
I have the msg100 homekit model.
Unfortunately I followed the app advice to switch to Refoss app today. This was a bad idea as I‘ve been using following Meross custom integration successfully before:

Genius! I actually don’t even need the HACs integration, I set it up via the Meross app instead of the recommended Refoss app and Home assistant found the device instantly via HomeKit. Best 50$ I’ve spent on a smart device yet.

Yeah the way I did it was use the meross app to get it on your wifi. Then homeassistant picks it up right away via apple homekit and then uou can block internet to that device. You still have to use the meross app to get it on wifi.
