Register humidity long period without permanent internet connection

Hello,

I have a home without prmanent internet connection.
I would like to mesure the humidity at regular period (for example 10 times a day).
I would like that these data are stored for months.

Do you know which material can do this ?
ideally, with Home assistant on Raspberry Pi3.

Do you know if Aqara Smart Temperature Humidity/Sensor need a permanent access to internet via the Aqara gate or just for the initialisation ?

Do you know if with Aqara Smart Temperature Humidity/Sensor we can keep the data on our Raspberry for months ?

Thank you in advance

A z-wave plus sensor would be your best option, along with some sort of z-wave plus radio for the Pi.
I suspect that whatever sensor you get could store the data on the Pi, dependent on the OS & capacity of the Pi.

The sensor you mentioned is a Zigbee sensor, so that might work if supported by Home Assistant. The Zigbee specification is too broad to assume comparability. Of course, you need a Zigbee radio for your Pi or their hub.

Possibly more information here. Adding an Aqara Smart Temperature Humidity/Sensor
