Remote Access Stopped Working

All of a sudden my remote access stopped working. I can still access it on my local network via the IP address, but I can’t access it remotely via the browser or the app. I have tried logging out of HA cloud and back in, rebooting, installing the latest updates and whatnot. Any help correcting this would be appreciated. Thanks

If I log into Nabu Casa and click “Connect” on the Remote UI, it fails also.

Under networking, it shows it is not enabled. If I click enable and it takes me to HA Cloud settings where it says “Remote control is being prepared” It’s said this for a few days now.

On the mobile app it says it is a SSL handshake issue.=

I checked my logs and it doesn’t show any errors.

Is your system time correct?

Is your phone time correct?

That can cause SSL certs to fail.

Thank you. I am going to submit a ticket with Nabu Casa.

So the issue ended up being that for some reason I had an open invoice with Nabu Casa. They processed the invoice and I rebooted my HA instance and it all worked again. I guess for some reason it didn’t auto-process like it does every other month.
