Remove phantom Ecobee comfort setting

I’ve got an Ecobee4 thermostat that I created a custom comfort setting a while back that I need to remove that only shows up in Home Assistant’s Ecobee thermostat. Its naming convention (Away indefinitely) does not show up on the physical thermostat, the Ecobee app or the online app. I still have access to the API and have tried to remove the Ecobee device and bring it back into HA but the phantom comfort setting still remains. I want to remove this because this comfort setting randomly sets as the away option instead of the proper Away comfort setting built-in affecting automations in HA and node-red. I’m afraid that if I reset the physical thermostat I will lose access to the API.

Any idea how to delete this phantom custom comfort setting? I’m stumped.

I wanted to update anyone this that I have reset my ecobee thermostat to factory settings and reintegrated back into HA and the custom comfort setting is still there. The ecobee config files delete once the ecobee integration is reinstalled.
