Remove stale Shelly device/remove integration

I’m seeing a Shelly device in HA that is no longer in use. I’d like to delete it. In the Shelly integration page the device is not visible.
Then I read in this forum that one should the badly named “remove integration”. But for the life of me I can’t find how to do this. Weren’t there the three dot on the integration that called up a menu to do this? I can’t find it anymore…

Spook may have some options to remove devices:

The phantom Shelly device is gone now (from the developer tools). Maybe I was impatient or maybe flaky connectivity to a new Shelly device played a role here.
