Reolink Doorbell Siren - Unable to disable automation

Hello there,

I made an automation to test, for the doorbell alarm to come on when a person is detected on my front yard. I have a gate, so someone has to cross the gate to get to the front yard. I created and it worked just fine. I then disabled it but the automation is still active, ie - Siren goes on when someone comes to the door. I even deleted the automation altogether but the automation is still active! First time I am experiencing this behaviour and what an automation not to be able to disable - A siren! So annoying.

I restarted the home assistant after deleting the automation. I turned the power to the bell and restarted. But the automation is still active. What is going on here. I really want to turn this automation off. I just wanted to test if it would work :frowning:

Did you check entity logbook to understand hoe it is triggered? Maybe reolink has its own app to manage the state.

For whatever reason, it just triggers. But the automation name was not “Front door siren on event” Not sure where this came from and how to disable. I temporarily fixed the issue by turning off the siren altogether on the reolink app.
