Reolink RLC-1240A

Hi All, Has anyone sucessfully integrated an RLC-1240A using the reolink integration?
Got one delivered today, but the intergation keeps saying “Failed to connect, check the IP address of the camera”. The IP is correct, I can see the livestream in the reolink app.
I’ve tried a hard reset - but the same results.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I haven’t set up that one in particular but for 3 other Reolink cameras I had to go into camera settings in the app and turn on RTMP, RTSP, ONVIF and turn on http and disable https. I bet that will work for you.

Thanks @rouxdoo for your response. Those settings are not available in the mobile app (or I couldn’t find them…) but I downloaded the desktop app, and got that setup! All working now!

Hi, have you checked the camera settings by opening the webUI from it through it’s own IP address?

Until I had allowed http in the desktop app, the webui via IP address would not connect. All working now though!
